1 large leaf of Swiss chard, optional
4 ounces skinless/boneless chicken breast
2 tablespoons of guacamole
1/2 cup of salsa
1/2 cup of black beans (canned)
1 mixed fruit salad
Dollop of whipped cream, optional
Place leaf of Swiss chard on a plate. Bake chicken or buy a ready-made chicken breast. Cut up and combine with other ingredients. Put on top of chard. Serve with mixed fruit salad topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
