Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients:
4 1/2 Ounces Shrimp
1/2 Cup Leeks
1/2 Cup Snowpeas
1/3 Cup Water Chestnuts
3/4 Cups Bamboo Shoots
3 Cups Bean Sprouts
1 tsp. of Olive Oil

Instructions:
Cook all vegetables in olive oil over medium heat until they are tender. Add shrimp (peeled) to vegetables and cook until pink (add a dash of soy sauce). Serve while hot. I love this easy recipe!
