Quick Delicious Salmon Patties

Ingredients:
3 oz. canned pink salmon
2 egg whites
1 oz. slow cooking oatmeal, dry
Quarter of an onion, diced
Garlic
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:
Flake up Salmon in a medium bowl. Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands. Heat olive oil in pan, medium heat. Shape mixture into a patty and cook for about 3- 5 minutes on each side (or until golden brown) Serve immediately with a one-block salad or half of an apple. This is one of my best recipes because I get my EPA from the salmon and my GLA from the oatmeal. Enjoy!
