2 – 4 Block meals
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 Tbsp. olive oil
½ cup chopped celery
2 chopped green peppers
1½ cup chopped/dried onion
4 cups chopped mushroom
½ cup chopped fresh parsely
1 package of chili seasoning
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes w/juice
15 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. tomato puree
Instructions:
Brown turkey in the oil, medium heat Combine all w/ a package of chili seasoning w/ one can diced tomatoes w/juice, tomato sauce and tomato puree. If lacking liquid add ÂĽ cup incriments of low sodioum chicken broth to satisfaction. Cook an hour or longer. Divide into 2 serving bowls.
