3 Block Meal
Ingredients:
4.5 oz Smoked salmon
½ cup chickpeas
2 bell peppers (red & yellow)
1 Tsp olive oil
3 Tsp slivered almonds
Instructions:
Put the chickpeas, bell peppers and olive oil into a pan. Cook until the peppers are soft then add the smoked salmon and the almonds. Cook until the salmon is nice and warm.
