Dill Sauce

2 Blocks or ¼ cup = 1 Block

Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain 2-percent yogurt
2 teaspoons dry white wine
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a small saucepan combine yogurt, white wine, garlic, sugar, and dill. Turn the heat to low. Do not boil! Make a slurry (thin paste) by combining the cornstarch with a little water. Whisk the cornstarch mixture into the yogurt, stirring often. Bring to a simmer (that’s when the sauce will thicken) and then return heat to very low. Do not boil.
