Spicy chicken

4 - 4 Block Meals

Ingredients:
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (16 oz)
Worchester Sauce
1 package taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
2 chopped bell peppers
1/2 chopped onion
Olive Oil
Corn tortilla shell
Dash of guacamole and salsa to taste

Instructions:
Take the chicken and place it in a glass baking dish. Fill the dish half full of water and coat the water with Worchester Sauce. Place chicken in water, cover with tin foil and bake for 40 min at 400 degrees. Sauté bell peppers and onions in olive oil (use what you need to fit your 3 or 4 blocks). Remember get the oil hot before adding vegetables. Dice chicken and place in pan. Put in a cup of water and taco seasoning. Cook until water is gone. Heat kidney beans in microwave or throw in pan, whatever suits you. Serve with a corn tortilla shell. You can add a dash of guacamole and salsa for more flavor. 1 corn shell is 2 carb blocks. Serve to the desired amount of blocks. I put leftovers in the fridge for lunches during the week.
