2 sticks celery, finely diced
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 green apple, cored but not peeled, finely diced
1 small carrot, grated
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Pinch freshly ground cardamom seed
Braise celery in vegetable stock until almost cooked, add other ingredients, stir well to combine and heat through. Surprisingly delicious! Add 3 blocks of protein, such as 4 1/2 ounces of your favorite fish and 3 blocks of fat, such as 3 teaspoons slivered almonds.
