Barbecue Beef With Onions

3 Block Meal

Ingredients:
3 ounces beef eye of round, 1/8-inch slices
1 cup tomato puree
1 1/2 cups onion, in half rings
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/3 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1 garlic clove minced
3/4 tablespoon beef stock
3/4 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Instructions:
In nonstick pan add 1/3 tsp oil and beef. Cook beef until no longer pink. Add puree, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, chili powder, and oregano. Cover and simmer 5 minutes until sauce forms. In another nonstick pan add remaining oil, onion, and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Add onion, garlic, beef stock, and white wine vinegar to beef. Cover and cook eight minutes. Stir to blend flavors.
