3 Block Meal
Ingredients:
3 ounces chicken breast, cooked
3 tablespoons avocado, ripe
1/3 cup mango, ripe
Instructions:
In a blender blend together avocado and mango. If needed, add a little water. Serve chicken breast on top of avocado dip or on the side. Serve with your choice of two more blocks of carbs.
Editor's note: Because mango has a high glycemic load, make sure the other two blocks of carbohydrate are favorable.
