Two, 4-block meals
Ingredients:
12 oz. flounder (8 blocks protein)
2 2/3 teaspoons olive oil (8 blocks oil)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Parsley, to cover
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Oregano, to taste
1/2 tablespoon white wine
3/4 cup water
Instructions:
Saute garlic in oil. Add flounder and sprinkle with parsley. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add wine and water. Cover and cook on high flame for 10 minutes or until done. Serve with fresh vegetables and fruit to make up eight blocks.
