Len wrote to Zone Central, an excited new Zoner. We thought we'd share one of Len's first recipes. Hi, everyone. Just started zoning. It took me about five weeks to read the book, calculate and come up with recipes that I would eat. I'm a three-blocker.
3 Block Meal
3 oz skinless/boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 tablespoons of guacamole
1/2 cup of salsa
1/2 cup of black beans (canned)
Bake chicken. Cut up and mix with other ingredients. Microwave for two minutes.
