Oat Flour Pancakes

2 - 4 Block Meals

Ingredients:
Dry
1 cup oat flour
2 Tsp. baking soda
½ Tsp. salt
1-2 packets Stevia sweetener
4 scoops protein powder (28g. of protein)

Liquid
Âľ cup milk
1 Tsp. canola oil
1 Tsp. pure vanilla extract
ÂĽ cup egg substitute

1 cup mixed berries

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix liquid ingredients well and add to dry. You can put them on the griddle right away or let the baking powder help the mixture to rise a little for fluffier pancakes. Top each serving with 1/2 cup mixed berries.
