1 Block - Multiply recipe by 3 to obtain a 3 block meal.
¼ cup unspeetened applesauce
¼ cup 2% cottage cheese
1 Tsp. toasted sliverd almonds
Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Measure into a bowl cottage cheese and applesauce. Shake on cinnamon if desired, mix. Eat nuts separatly or on top.
This recipe makes me smile. My dad came up with it years ago and for some reason we've always called it goup. But don't let that get you down. It's fast, easy, healthy, and perfect for a sweet breakfast, cool lunch, or refreshing dinner. "Goup. What you want! Goup. Baby you got it! Goup. What you need!..." ;)
P.S. Add some cinnamon for a sweeter meal!
