This is my breakfast and it also takes care of hot flashes just a bonus and it is good too.

Ingredients:
1/3 banana
1 cup strawberries - diced
1 cup plain soy milk
2 scoops Zone Protein Powder

Instructions:
Put in blend and bend till smooth.
