Mixed Berry Smoothie

This recipe is direct from our Zone Partners in Italy.

One 3 block meal.

Ingredients:
1 cup 2% milk
2 scoops (14g) Zone Protein Powder
2 cups frozen mixed berries
2/3 tsp. almond oil

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If mixture is too thick, it can be diluted with a little water.
