Meal for typical male
Ingredients:
2/3 cup liquid egg whites
1 ounce cheddar cheese
1 1/2 ounces crabmeat chopped
Cinnamon and Stevia
2/3 cup steel-cut oats
2/3 banana
1 1/2 tablespoons 100 percent natural peanut butter
Instructions:
Cook oats, add cinnamon, stevia and chopped up banana The heat from the oatmeal melts the banana. YUM! (I have also tried applesauce in it. It's good, but the banana is the best!) While the oatmeal is cooking prepare the eggs. Editor's note: How about a compromise? It would be more Zoneful if you used 1/3 banana and 1/3 cup applesauce.
