Spanish Omelet

Ingredients:
1 onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
Spray oil
6 white eggs
Black pepper and salt
4 drops of Tabasco

Instructions:
Spray the pan with the spray oil. Wait one minute, then add the onion and after two minutes and add the sliced tomatoes. Cook until onions are tender and then add the eggs, Tabasco (which adds a lot to this) pepper and salt. After that all you need to do is mix it for like four to five minutes and you have a very tasty meal. Editor's note: Add a generous block of fruit to serve on the side and 3 blocks of fat. Either cook the veggies in 1 teaspoon olive oil, chop nine olives into the mixture or top with three tablespoons of guacamole.
