Serving size for typical male
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 tablespoon raisins, chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
4 teaspoons almonds, chopped
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cilantro
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
In a medium serving bowl combine cottage cheese, apple, raisins, blueberries, and almonds. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cilantro, and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
*Note: To stop apples from turning brown, dip cut apples in a little lemon juice and water mixture.
