Raspberry Cream

Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries (thawed if frozen)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Splenda or stevia to taste if desired

Instructions:
Mix all together and enjoy! If you don't like the tiny bit of cottage cheese texture, you could blend it with the yogurt before adding the other ingredients. This is a very fast breakfast and feels like a treat. You could also use it as a dessert if separated into 3 portions. (Hey, dessert for breakfast? Sounds good to me!!!)
