Serving for typical female
1 1/2 ounces deli-style turkey slices, chopped
2 egg whites
1 ounce reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/3 teaspoon olive oil
6 sliced olives OR 2 crushed macadamia nuts
1 cup natural applesauce
Heat oil in skillet. Add egg white and cook until slightly set.Add meat, cheese and olives. Fold and turn and heat until cooked. Serve with applesauce.
