2 – four block meals or/ approx. 3 – three block meals.
1.5 cups low fat cottage cheese
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
2 medium apple cut in cubes
2 Tbsp. golden raisins
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds - Garnish
Cinnamon to taste
1 Tsp. vanilla
Mix ingredients in mixing bowl. Portion accordingly. Garnish with almonds.
