Oatmeal in the Zone

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal(not instant)
1 1/2 cup water
Dash of Salt
1 scoop of vanilla Spirutein or vanilla soy protein powder
Brown sugar (optional)

Instructions:
Make oatmeal as package directs. Pour into bowl and and 1/2 cup water. Add Spirutein or vanilla soy protein powder and mix well. Season to taste with brown sugar. 1 serving.
