Dr. Sears: Shame on you for saying steel cut oats are only for weekends! We eat them every day. Here's how:
2 cups water
1/2 cup steel oats
The night before boil two cups of water in saucepan. Remove pan from heat, add one-half cup of oats and cover pan. Leave pan overnight. In the morning simmer oats for five minutes and serve. That's it - yummy oats nutritious oats with very little effort!
