5 egg whites
2/3 cup skim milk
1 oz (1/8 cup) finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/3 cup oat bran
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons reduced sugar jam
Mix all ingredients except jam. Put in small non-stick skillet and cook, covered, over low heat until set. Flip and cook until done. Top with jam and serve.
